How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are delivered within 2-5 minutes. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
I didn't receive my breach report. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 10 minutes, contact us at hello@breachguard.email with the email address you checked.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at privacy@breachguard.email with your request. We'll process data deletion requests within 30 days.
Can you check multiple emails at once?
Currently, we only support checking one email at a time. You can check multiple emails by submitting them individually.
Do you offer an API?
Not at this time. We recommend using the Have I Been Pwned API directly if you need programmatic access.
Response Time
We typically respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. For urgent privacy or security concerns, please mark your email as "URGENT" in the subject line.
